After the announcement that Home Information Packs were to become compulsory on 1st June 2007 and much of the industry preparing to offer this service the Government have again moved the goal posts. HIPS will now be compulsory from 1st August 2007 but will only appy to homes with 4 bedrooms and above to start with.
