James heads up both our employment and our dispute resolution teams. He is a hugely experienced contentious lawyer advising clients on both Civil Litigation and Employment matters. He has established a solid reputation as a tenacious operator focusing quickly on the relevant issues and delivering practical solutions. He is Clerk to the Governors of Bromsgrove School, Treasurer of the Worcestershire Law Society and Secretary of the West Midlands Association of Law Societies.
