Jeff Taylor
Jeff heads up our Corporate Services team and joined Thomas Horton in 2009 after 13 years at leading International law firm Eversheds. Jeff has a very wide range of company and commercial experience advising largely entrepreneurial clients ranging from start ups to AIM listed on everything from their terms and conditions of business to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, refinancing and restructuring. He has also worked closely with national charities and regional development agencies as well as private equity houses and banks.
