Joanne Herbert
Joanne qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1993 and joined Thomas Horton in 2004 as Head of the Conveyancing Department. She has extensive experience in commercial property work and acts for a wide range of clients including developers buying and developing land for alternative use.
