HIPs are history: Pickles has suspended Home Information Packs

Sellers will still need an EPC but will not need to have received this prior to marketing their property.

We can assist Sellers to ensure that their property sale proceeds swiftly by carrying out a free title check against their property using the title deeds many home owners are now required by their mortgage lender to keep.  This will mean that all documentation will be in order PRIOR to finding a buyer enabling the transaction to proceed swiftly.  We believe this is what HIPs were supposed to achieve but never did.
